Dan Quayle 40th President of the United States.

In 2000 Dan Quayle became President of the United States, Succeeding President Oliver North and becoming the 40th President of America, though his political career began many years earlier this is his first time as the President of the US running against G.W. Bush for the candidacy of the Republican Party and presenting himself as the Smarter choice, even stating "we do not want another candidate who needs on-the-job training" when asked about Bush being his main opponent in the Republican Party, a statement that landed him the position and finally the Presidency itself.

Policies and PlansEdit

Shortly after his election to the presidency Dan Quayle attempted to block the passing of a Bill to open the US Cavalry for private sponsorship, though the Bill is passed by the Senate to his objections.

Dan Quayle promised to increase spending on the protection of the dwindling Temperate regions of the PZ, and to attempt the restoration of Water Piping into the increasingly arid regions of the US, though the increasing Corporate Control over the political stage has thus far prevented any of his plans from becoming ratified bills.

Interest in the now defunct US Space Program also features in President Quayle's Policies and his interest in restoring the US to a Space Power is widely known, though with little backing and only able to offer limited resistance to the Corporations it is unlikely that the Space Program will be restored.
